How HALIFAX CONSULTING protects your personal data

HALIFAX CONSULTING is committed to protecting your Personal Data and your privacy right from the design stage of the services we offer (Privacy by design). To ensure security and guarantee the respect and exercise of your rights, measures to protect your personal data are implemented (Privacy by default).

What personal data does HALIFAX CONSULTING use?

HALIFAX CONSULTING undertakes to collect only the data strictly necessary for the provision of the services offered. If you are asked to provide optional information, HALIFAX CONSULTING will clearly inform you of the Personal Data required to provide the service. Personal data is collected directly from you and is only used for the purposes for which you have been informed. Personal data is used to offer you other services, only if you have agreed to receive commercial communications.

What is the basis for the legitimacy of our treatments?

HALIFAX CONSULTING relies on the following legitimate bases for processing personal data: Contract performance The legal basis for processing the user's personal data collected is the performance of the sales contract. In this respect, the user is obliged to provide the data necessary for its execution. If the user does not provide this data, it will not be possible to complete the sale.

The management and issuing of invoices is based on HALIFAX CONSULTING's legal obligation in its relationship with customers.

With regard to the following purposes, the legal basis for the processing of the user's personal data will be the user's consent, should he or she have given it:

- Management of the sending of information on exclusive promotions, the latest news and personalized information tailored to the user's profile.

Withdrawal of consent to these processing operations by the user will not condition the performance of the sales contract concluded by the person concerned with HALIFAX CONSULTING.

HALIFAX CONSULTING processes all your Personal Data within the European Union (EU). However, for certain specific services, HALIFAX CONSULTING may use subcontractors established outside the EU. - Right of access: you can obtain information about your Personal Data processed by HALIFAX CONSULTING;
- Right of rectification: you can update your Personal Data or have your Personal Data processed by HALIFAX CONSULTING rectified;
- Right to object, in particular to receiving commercial communications: you may express your wish to no longer receive commercial communications from HALIFAX CONSULTING or request that your Personal Data no longer be processed;
